01Data we collect
We only collect what is needed to respond to you:
- Information you choose to submit through the contact form: name, phone number, email, services of interest, expected budget, preferred contact channel and your message.
- Minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) processed automatically by our infrastructure provider to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
02Cookies and tracking
The website currently does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Some embedded third-party services may set their own cookies under their own policies, including Google Maps (office map) and Google Fonts (typefaces).
03How we use your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising.
- To contact you, provide advice and send proposals or quotes you request.
- To communicate during a project if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
04Sharing
Data is only shared with parties needed to provide the service, for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security provider.
- Our email delivery provider (Resend or Web3Forms) — forwards contact form submissions to [email protected].
- Competent authorities where required by law.
05Storage and security
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Contact requests are stored in the company mailbox with access limited to responsible staff. Data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our working relationship, or as required by law, and is then deleted.
06Your rights
Under applicable personal data protection law, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is processed.
- Give or withdraw consent to processing.
- Access, correct or request deletion of your personal data.
- Request restriction of, or object to, processing.
- Lodge a complaint as provided by law.
07Data on client websites
For website management and operations services (including finance, healthcare and education), Pegas Next processes data on the client’s systems within the scope, purposes and security measures agreed in the contract. The client remains primarily responsible for the personal data of users on its own website.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when needed. The new version takes effect when published, with the update date shown at the top of the page.
